You will automatically be signed up for a Muusi account after checkout and receive an email with your password. Make sure you are logged in to your account, there is a download link next to the song that you purchased. Or if you like words, it’s in the download link of the email confirmation.

What kind of audio files can I get?
Once you make your purchase, you will receive download links for the following: 320 kbps mp3, AIFF and WAV. If you don’t see what you need, please get in touch.
Oh, I gotta get a receipt -- where is that?
You will receive the receipt as an email confirmation after you check out. If you need an additional copy, please let us know!
Can I submit music for muusi?
Go to our Artist Submission page and follow the process. It’s easy.
The wrong track got purchased, what do I do?
If you haven’t published the track, we can exchange it for you within 7 days of the purchase. Get in touch with us to sort it out.
Do you offer blanket licenses or yearly subscriptions?
